Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing MonoLUTs or downloading our digital presets, 3D LUTs, or prompt blueprints.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or downloading resources from MonoLUTs ("the Website", "Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Creative Asset License.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of this website and its downloadable materials immediately.
2. Permitted Creative Use & License Scope
MonoLUTs grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use all downloaded Lightroom presets (.XMP, .DNG), 3D LUT files (.CUBE), and AI prompt blueprints subject to the following conditions:
- • Applying presets to client photography & weddings.
- • Using LUTs in commercial video productions & films.
- • Publishing graded content to YouTube, TikTok, & TV.
- • Modifying curves and color balance freely.
- • Re-selling raw preset/LUT files on stock sites.
- • Re-hosting direct .zip archives for monetization.
- • Claiming exclusive copyright of raw calibration profiles.

3. Acceptable Use & System Integrity
When using MonoLUTs, you agree not to:
- Employ automated scrapers, bots, or crawling software to bulk download assets in a manner that degrades service availability for human creators.
- Attempt to bypass our cryptographic download token gates (HMAC authentication) or hotlinking protection.
- Engage in denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, port scanning, or vulnerability exploitation against our infrastructure.
- Circumvent or tamper with advertisements displayed to support the free maintenance of the platform.
4. Client-Side Browser Utilities
Our interactive utilities (including the Live 3D LUT Color Studio, EXIF Inspector, Film Grain Synthesizer, Depth of Field Calculator, and Solar Tracker) run entirely on your local machine using standard web technologies.
While we strive for optical and mathematical precision, optical calculations (e.g., hyperfocal distance, EV light meter) are provided as reference guides. MonoLUTs is not liable for technical shooting inaccuracies resulting from equipment calibration discrepancies.
5. Third-Party Advertisements & Affiliate Links
MonoLUTs displays advertisements from third-party networks (including Google AdSense) and may include contextual affiliate links to creative tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud).
We do not endorse or assume liability for third-party products, services, or websites linked via external advertisements. Any transactions you engage in with external merchants are solely between you and the respective third party.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
MonoLUTs AND ALL ASSOCIATED PRESETS, 3D LUTS, SOFTWARE CODES, AND DIGITAL MEDIA ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COMPATIBILITY WITH SPECIFIC HARDWARE SENSORS OR EDITING SOFTWARE VERSIONS.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL MonoLUTs, ITS CREATORS, DEVELOPERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR WORK STOPPAGE) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR DOWNLOADED PROFILES.
8. DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure
MonoLUTs respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded or distributed without authorization, please submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent at legal@monoluts.com.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
